We offer many options for lawn maintenance from the most basic to full service landscape management.  Choosing the right plan for your property is easy with Oakwood Landscape Concepts.

Mow & Blow: Every week all turf areas are mowed (bagged or discharged; as determined by the customer), we then trim around all obstacles and mulch beds, after those have been completed we blow all excess clippings off of all hard surfaces and out of flower beds and tree circles. 

Typical Pricing: $30-$35 a week for an average 1/4 acre property.

Full Service: This plan takes care of every single aspect of your property.  With this plan you pay a fixed monthly rate per either an 8 month or 1 year term.  This is for the customer that wants a company that will take care of everything needed to keep their landscape in peak condition.  Including (but not limited to):

-Spring clean up

-Edging of all flower beds and tree circles 3 times a year.

-Weelky mowing

-Weekly pulling of all weeds in flower beds and tree circles

-Removal of any debris such as leaves and large branches

-Removal of any debris from severe storms and hail damage

-Minor pruning of any low hanging branches

-Hedge trimming when needed

-Weekly leaf removal in fall

-Final fall clean up at the end of the season

There are additional services that can be added to our full service plan including:

-Mulch Installation

-Fertilizer application

-Annual color

-Aeration

-Dethatching

-Lawn repair

Spring Clean Up consists of:

      -Removal of all winter debris such as leaves, large sticks/branches

      -Edging of all tree circles and flower beds

      -Turning of mulch in flower beds and tree circles to give a fresh appeal to your flower beds.

   Optional:

      -Application of a pre-emergant fertilizer to inhibit the groth of weeds such as dandelions and crabgrass.

      -Planting of annual color

      -Mulch installation

Fall Clean Up consists of:

      -Removal of all leaves and debris such as large sticks and branches

      -Edging of all flower beds and tree circles

      -Dead heading of certain plant material, ornamental grasses may or may not be cut down depending on customer preference

      -Turning of mulch in flower beds and tree circles to give your landscape one last clean look before winter arrives

Leaf Removal is offered weekly, bi weekly, or as a one time service.  Leaf removal includes blowing all leaves out of flower beds and tree circles.  Then the turf areas are all blown off leaving your lawn completley clean.  The leaves from your property are loaded into our trucks and hauled away for you to never have to worry about again.  Our leaf removal service gives you a clean, crisp leaf free property while your neighbors will be out all day raking.
